New Release Enables Interactive Case Tracking and Asset Reporting

Mountain View, Calif. – June 4, 2015, Gridstore®, the leader in hyper-converged all flash infrastructure for the Microsoft Cloud-Inspired Data Centertoday announced the release of a completely revised Gridstore Customer Support portal leveraging interactive technologies to provide asset tracking, updated open case management, and service order submission.

The new interactive site integrates with the company’s customer resource management system to manage, track, and report customers’ Gridstore assets and support tickets, and facilitate communication with Gridstore’s support team.  The site includes:

  • Resources – repository of tools and resources that help in designing, installing and configuring Gridstore solutions
  • My Products – comprehensive list of customers’ current Gridstore assets
  • Support Tickets –list of customers’ open support tickets
  • Support Request – online form to create a support ticket
  • Beta Request – online form to request joining beta testing of new Gridstore releases
