Privacy Policy

Effective July 1, 2020

This privacy policy tells you about CloudSphere’s policies and practices for the collection, use, processing, storage, and disclosure of information that we collect about you through our sites and services or when you otherwise interact with us, including navigating the Web site CloudSphere.com (collectively, the “Services”). For the purpose of this policy, the reference to personal data includes the term “personally identifiable information.”

Additionally, CloudSphere is committed to full compliance with all relevant country-specific data privacy laws, which include unambiguous authorizations and consents, model contracts, privacy principles, privacy statements, privacy policies, and country-specific registrations and filings. This privacy policy covers the Web site CloudSphere.com .

Information That We Collect

We collect personal information you directly provide to us. For example, we collect information when you create an account to register your products through the CloudSphere Support site, fill out a form, participate in a contest or promotion, make a purchase, apply for a job, communicate with us via third party social media sites, request information from us about product and services, request customer support or otherwise communicate with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, company name, and other contact or identifying information you choose to provide. For a complete list of all data elements that we collect and the use of those data elements, contact us at privacy@CloudSphere.com.

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect information about you, including the following.

Log Information

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information includes Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), referring and exit pages, operating system, date and time stamp, and clickstream data. This data is not considered personal data because it does not identify individual users. We use this information to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users’ movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Device Information

We collect information about the computer or mobile device you use to access our Services, including hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers and mobile network information.

Location Information

We may collect information about your location each time you access or use one of our Services.

Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Propensity management is the management of an individual’s inclination or natural tendency toward certain interests, products, needs, and so on. In order to tailor our communications with you to make sure that we are addressing your specific needs and not overwhelming you with unwanted information. We use various technologies to collect information and handle propensity management, and this may include sending cookies to your computer or mobile device. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that helps us to improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular and count visits.

When you revisit privacy@CloudSphere.com , our server recognizes the cookie, giving us information about your last visit. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, but you can alter the settings of your browser to prevent automatic acceptance. If you choose not to receive cookies, you can still use most of the features of our Web site, including purchasing items. This privacy statement covers the use of propensity management by this site only and does not cover the use of propensity management by any advertisers.

We may also collect information using web beacons (also known as “gifs,” “pixel tags” “clear gifs”, “web beacons”, “web bugs” and “tracking pixels”). This helps us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, that are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, web beacons, which are about the size of a period, are embedded invisibly on Web pages. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used in our Services or emails and help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness and determine whether an email has been opened and acted upon. For more information about cookies, and how to disable them, please see “Your Information Choices” below.
